Cleaning up my Life

Cleaning up my very messy work space. I have been so busy I could not take the time. So now I pause. Playing a nice tune...Having tea. Thinking of good things. Cheers my friend.

Stopped to have a cup of hot tea. My basement office is cool and I need a pause. Notice that there is no lipstick on my cardinal teacup. :) I'll go outside when I can work in the shade. I'll do some design work for now.

From the study: No-observed-adverse-effect-level was determined to be at least 3046.1 and 3720.9 mg/kg body weight/day (the highest doses tested) for male and female rats, respectively.

Pilgrimage to Oratory of Saint Joseph

Saint Joseph - Terror of Demons

Yes. I lit a candle for you, and you, and you and you.... Please light one for me? I need it. I was surprized by the effect of lighting a unique candle for each prayer offering. The wicks of the new candles were oversized and mad a big fire until they burned down. So each candle was a torch for about 5 minutes. All the candles that I lit created a little furnace and as a whole I was compelled to look for an fire extinguisher, great was the cluster of candles. (Note to self- Spread out the candles next time) The fire distracted me briefly from what I was there for, to say a prayer for those speacial people.

Participation in Fraud - DON'T

I would refrain from knowingly participating in fraud, or entering into a conspiracy to commit fraud.

As such, avoid all legal agreements that bind you in a position that puts you at risk for being accused of fraud or conspiracy to commit fraud. Further, if you know that a crime like fraud, or conspiracy, is taking place and you know that people are being hurt or NOT receiving a service, then you are possibly required to file a criminal complaint. In any event, NEVER EVER sign an NDA that serves as an attempt to prevent the disclosure of evidence of a crime. Under absolutely NO CIRCUMSTANCES assume the liability for past and future criminal behavior by taking possession of a business component that is a criminal operation. You will become the fall guy for a very bad person. A sucker is born every minute. Tell the sleazeball nothing. Call the cops. This is as serious as cancer.

Elections Nova Scotia is utterly out of control. It is capricious and it seems under an external influence. Elections NS has been found guilty of unfairly causing signs of the Liberal candidate in the 2024 Preston by-election to have their signs taken down. Elections NS was found in 2024 that Elections NS to have violated sec 3 of the Constitution Act of 1982 by attempting to redistrict Cheticamp thereby alienating the will and violating the rights of the ancestral Acadians by gerrymandering. Elections NS has been referred to NS DOJ Public Prosecution Services for violation of the Elections Act and the rights of Bobbylee Dillman by preventing him from being on the May 21st 2024 Pictou West by-election ballot. A Judicial Review on this matter is likely. Most significantly, Elections NS coordinated the actions of 10 returning offices to prevent 10 or more independent candidates from being on the ballot in the Nov 26, 2024 SNAP General Election. Judicial Review PtH No. 538503 "Independent NS Initiative vs Elections NS et al" is in progress. All this in just under a year. What the heck?

Hot Deck Day

Nick entertained Micheline today by finishing the stairs and the blocking of the joists. The stairs turned out beautifully. With the joist blocking done, the deck is ready for planking. That should take a day. The railings will be easy.

I have so much vitamin D on board from all the sun, I feel 100%.

Mother "Eve" and her mitochondria

We all came from the womb of Eve. That isn't simply faith, it is good science. It is thought by evolutionary microbiologists that there was a great death of much of the human species. The Human species was nearly wiped out to a person. So a huge bottleneck happened in the past that reversed the diversity of the human species. Less Information. It has been discovered that the mitochondria that we have within our cells, all of them, came from a single woman. They refer to her as Eve. An obvious reference to Adam and Eve.

So all mothers, all fathers, all children have the exact same mitochondria and it came from a single woman 200,000 years ago.

Observer Effect

If you observe something, it changes, because you looked at it.

You too have the ability to alter reality. All you have to do is pray. The oberver effect is a real thing. The Double Slit Experiment has shown the effect of observing a particle.

There is a metaphysical reality in our creation, in our physics.

Human consciousness has an effect on matter and information. It is a fact. Can it be steered? I think so. Try this: Will the good by the power of the Holy Spirit and the Mind of God will respond. Does that sound kooky? No. Not anymore. It is mundane and all around us. Just think of something, put all the love in your heart with the Holy Spirit into the thought and ask God to do good.

What would be the frequency of that? Well I say the highest possible frequency if it is an electron spin: 6.58×10^15 s−1.

I hear that is a good thing. ;)

Busy Day

Quiet Morning with my Maker

Giving thanks for a week of beauty

As a gift, one among many, I produced desiccated liver, unfortunately, not certified as grass-fed but maybe. Oh well, maybe next time. I doubt my breakfast was as healthy...I fasted. A necessary grace. I will eat later.

Therapy for Tinnitus ?

We know that sound therapy is effective at treating tinnitus. I wonder if a person could submerge their ears under water and play certain tones into the ears via water to treat tinnitus? Hmmm... I think I shall try. I guess that means that I will have to take a bath.

The Synchroicity was large today. I gave a talk to men last Friday. I began with the first line of the Nicene Creed. "I Believe in God the Father, creator of heaven and earth and of all that is visible and invisible." It was an ad hoc talk and on short notice so what came out of me was not from me. The subject matter is that of today's readings from scripture. God's hand. Read....

Dragonfly

She is a beautiful dragonfly. She is still here in my office somewhere. She gave herself to me. I did not capture her. She followed me in. She needs her own poem I think.

I have a sword and it is in its scabbard. The great monster within is tamed by a little dragonfly. Why is that? Men. Ferocious Men. Quieted by an iridescent delicate creation.

AGAPE LOVE

A tragedy of culture

I had recently told a woman whom I know very well that I love her in an email. For those who know me, they are not suprised by this. My bride taught me to say that out loud often when I was quite young. It is a wonderful thing if you think about it. Look up AGAPE.

She sent me a little email and told me that her Daddy never told her that he loved her. Not even once. She said she was happy to have read it. It was upsetting to read her words and I was happy to have said it. We must think love for each other all the time. We must try and say it as often as we can. It isn't weird. It is God's will.

I have a sheet of paper with names on it. If you know me then it is about 50/50 that your name is on my list. I can't be writing all the time so I miss many. I like to say prayers and try to think of as many people as possible. So I use a list as a crutch. I say each name quietly with affection. Even the tough ones.

Imagine heaven, existing in a state of grace in God's presence. I think the only words on my mind would be "I Love You". How can we prepare ourselves to become that creature that evolves into a saintly state if we are unable to say "I Love You" on this broken earth. Or, at the very least, think it. But people need to hear it. You just read that line. Do you think for one moment that you don't need to hear it? So do so. Say, I love you as often as you can. If I haven't said it to you recently, I certainly have thought it or whispered it in prayer. 100% guaranteed.

Kreugar has quite a bit to say about healing in a practical sense. I was taken aback by one quote of his, "There’s no such thing as a life that’s better than yours." I say the life that I am looking toward to, a life of mercy, and agape, and forgiveness, and magnanimity, and meekness is a profoundly better life than mine. He seems to promote ego-centrism, justification, and self-love. I am repelled by that. There is no greater gift than to lay down your life for a friend. Sacrifice your so-called life for the people you love, even if they hate you for it.

Improving consumption by proxy

Lemon, Cucumber water and Mint. Simple, tried and tested. I will use my activated charcoal filtered water. Not a fan of mint but....I'll plug my nose.

As an FYI, mints, especially peppermint oil is well known to dilate the pyloric sphincter. Here is literature related to the consumption of mint and its physiological effects both good and bad.

Here is another study where it is used to slow peristalsis among other things. If that is what you want to achieve.

I came across this in conversation with a surgeon who was dealing with "Barret's Esophagus" a precancerous condition caused often by GERD which is aggravated by consumption of peppermint that dilates the pyloric sphincter and allows stomach acid to splash into the esophagus. Dose is a consideration and I am not a healer so do not listen to me.

I will stick with the Cucumber, Lemon and Mint water as reccomended.

Today I am busy simply communicating the facts of what happened court to the various interested parties. The Attorney General via Mark Rieksts is producing the order as expressed by Justice Russell. I say that the applicants, the respondents, the court, and our friends and the people of Nova Scotia are to benefit from the proceedings yesterday. The results were good.

Court Day

I am on my way to the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia in Port Hawkesbury for INSI with Peter Mac Isaac and John Hurley. Morgan Guptil is attending via Teams.

We will be delivering oral arguments as a supplement to the court filings, prepared as written notes. It should take us 30 minutes. This rebuttal to the AG's motion to dismiss address 1) Standing, 2) Reviewability, and 3) Justiciability within 6 grounds for dismissal from the OIC to rejection of the registered candidates. We believe that we have a very sound rebuttal. Our team is simply outstanding. I am truly incompetent on my own but I have such profound support from the Edmunds, Mac Isaacs, Hurleys. Morgan, Sue kaiser, Chris Scott, Bobbylee Dillman, Pat Norton, Paul Upton, Scott Fraser, Lloyd, Troy, Doug, Glen, Tony, Oliver and Kirsten, Shelly Hipson, Flora, Kathy, Judy, Michael Zareski, Nick, Evan, Dan, Mike, Paul, Mike, Mike and Mike, Micheline, Marc, Eric, Richard, Harold, Alice, the FM645 men and the hearts of more. A fantastic Naturopath caused me to read up on JFK (senior) Addison's Disease. JFK in his early years was scrawny and prone to passing out and other health events all related to his Adrenal Gland problem. I came across THIS LINK to an NIH paper on Pseudohyperaldosteronism Due to Licorice: A Practice-Based Learning from a Case Series.

Pseudohyperaldosteronism (PHA) is characterized by hypertension, hypokalemia, and a decrease in plasma renin and aldosterone levels. It can be caused by several causes, but the most frequent is due to excess intake of licorice. Licorice is my favorite candy. By a long shot. But I have not been eating any licorice for a while (little while) so I looked into what a normal adrenal gland ought to be producing. I will leave reccomendations about dose and interventions to the Naturopath but here is a great article from the Cleveland Clinic on Aldosterone that generally discusses hyper, hypo, and normal aldosterone levels.
